PremiAir Racing Adds Race-Winning Camaro to Fleet

PremiAir Racing has strengthened its championship arsenal by acquiring one of the most successful Supercars of the Gen3 era.

The team has purchased chassis 888A-065, the Camaro that racked up an extraordinary record of 20 wins from 58 races during the 2024 and 2025 seasons. The car joins PremiAir’s existing Gen3 fleet and adds serious pedigree to a team that is building rapidly under team principal Roland Dane.

The addition means PremiAir now fields four Triple Eight-built Gen3 Camaros. Chassis 064 is currently raced by Jayden “Juice” Ojeda and 062 by Declan Fraser, with 059 serving as the team’s spare. The newly acquired 888A-065 bolsters the squad’s depth and gives the team a proven race-winner in reserve.

Team owner Peter Xiberras was thrilled to secure the machine. “To add a car with this kind of record to our fleet is something special,” Xiberras said. “It’s a wonderful piece of history, and we’re excited about what it means for the team going forward.”

The acquisition reflects PremiAir’s considered approach to building the team’s resources. Rather than commissioning an expensive new chassis build, securing an existing machine with an outstanding track record represents smart thinking from Roland Dane and the PremiAir management group.

With Darwin’s Triple Crown round fast approaching, the team arrives with four quality Camaros and plenty of momentum behind them.
