Two PremiAir Racing co-drivers are among an eight-strong group preparing for twin assignments at Mount Panorama
As the build-up to the Repco Bathurst 1000 continues to gather momentum, two of PremiAir Racing’s co-drivers will be preparing themselves not just for the Great Race but for two events across the same iconic weekend.
Nash Morris, who will co-drive the #777 PremiAir Racing Camaro alongside Declan Fraser, will contest the DUNLOP Super2 Series at Mount Panorama, adding another assignment to what is already the biggest weekend on the Australian motorsport calendar.
David Russell, set to share the #31 PremiAir Racing Camaro with Jayden Ojeda, will tackle double duties of his own, competing in the Porsche Carrera Cup alongside his enduro commitments. Russell arrives at Bathurst with valuable recent form, having contested the Carrera Cup at The Bend last weekend, giving him a timely preview of what lies ahead.
Morris and Russell are among an eight-strong group of drivers completing double duty across Bathurst weekend, spanning both the DUNLOP Super2 Series and the Porsche Carrera Cup Australia.
The DUNLOP Super2 Series will contest Round 4 of its six-round 2026 season at Bathurst, with on-track action beginning on Thursday, 8 October.
The Porsche Carrera Cup Australia will contest Round 5 of its seven-round 2026 season at Mount Panorama, with Russell set to take to the Mountain in the distinctive Porsche machinery before switching his focus to the #31 PremiAir Camaro for the Great Race.
For Morris and Russell, the extra mileage at the wheel before strapping into the PremiAir Camaros for the Repco Bathurst 1000 can only help, and with 1000 kilometres of racing on the line, every lap of experience at the Mountain counts.
